Song Review from Musicians Together Magazine
‘The Secret’ is an electronic, instrumental track. For me, the sound world sits somewhere between Kraftwerk and Brian Eno. The music is indigenous of Central Europe and does have a distinct Krautrock quality. Maybe the composer is also a fan of the marvelous Klaus Schulze? Comparisons aside, this is a fine example of a minimalist piece, that builds in a clever fashion and maintains the interest of the listener! It is hypnotic in essence and if you really enjoy the music’s passage with closed eyes and head phones, you will find yourself transcended to some place I can’t quite articulate. The piece would be ideal for film. Greg Clifford.
