This is one of those tracks that take you to another place, a place you sometimes forget or maybe just can’t often be in. A lovely spacious full arrangement of guitars, bass and drums carry the warm beautiful vocals on their soulful smiling journey. You will hear a Neil Young influence not only on the song but also on Gil’s vocal, Neil Young at his best that is. I have a vision of Gil getting Neil to feature on this with him, it would without doubt be a massive hit. And there is an Angel here too, Jane Hall on harmonies, but they are not just harmonies, they are part of the intrinsic fabric, soul, of the song. Hell, even old ‘Heart In A Box’ here found himself smiling and carried away!
